Pineapple update 1.1

Improved collision efficiency; no longer checks for collisions for inside tiles.

Added another level: this is the biggest and hardest yet (please try it, it took ~4+ hours to make)!

Also added itch app compatibility. (I don't know if the source will work with the app though, but you shouldn't try that! Makes no sense to try to run the source through the app.)
